The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract concerns the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, and the consumer has expressly agreed that we will begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase process, you expressly declare your consent to the immediate commencement of the contract fulfillment and confirm your knowledge of the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Since our products are digital content (e.g., downloads, digital guides, PDFs), returns, refunds, or refunds are excluded once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
